MeLuna Ordering Process - easy and comfortable ordering

How can I place an order for MeLuna Webshop?

1. Cart

Choose the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By doing so, your selection will be placed in your cart. You can change your selected products as you please until your order is sent. You can change the number of products, delete a selected product by clicking "remove" or cancel your order completely. By clicking the "Checkout" button, you will proceed to the next ordering step.

2. Checkout

You may make use of our wegshop as a guest - no registration is necessary to place an order. But please specify the required information to Abwicklung der payment and shipping during the ordering process. Alternatively, you may registrate as a new customer. In case you already registrated for MeLuna, please log in with your e-mail address and your chosen password. Your data will be collected, stored and processed only within our privacy policy (privacy policy). It will not be used in any other context or given out to a third party. If you are already logged in, you may choose your desired shipping method now. By clicking "Continue" you will be redirected to the next step.

3. Check Billing Address / Choose Payment Option

Check now, if your billing address is correct and specify your preferred payment option. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to the next step of the ordering process

4. Check Shipping Address / Choose Shipping Method

Please check now, if your shipping address is correct and choose your desired shipping method an. By clicking "Continue" you will be redirected to the final step of the ordering process.

5. Placing the Order / Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

You are shown a review of your order: all chosen products, you shipping and billing address(es) and your contacts. Please check, if all of your details are correct and read our Terms and Conditions and our return policy (due to legal reasons only available in German). Before you place your order, you must accept both, terms and conditions and the return policy by checking the box beneath the text. By clicking on the button "Bestellung abschicken" your order will be transferred to our system. By doing so, you make a legally valid commercial proposal. The e-mail confirming your order has been received, constitutes our agreement to the commercial proposal. The sales contract becomes binding, when the sales person ships the ordered goods to you and has confirmed shippment by a second e-mail to the customer (shipping confirmation), at the latest with delivery of your order.
